Terms & Conditions — 0g777 Platform User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "0g777," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 0g777 online gaming platform accessible at 0g777.cam, operating under PAGCOR regulatory oversight.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile interface, applications, and all gaming services made available at 0g777.cam and any related subdomains.
• "User," "you," "Player" means any individual who registers an account or accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on the Platform, associated with a unique identifier and PHP wallet balance.

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 0g777 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the 0g777 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or been subject to an account closure by 0g777 that remains in effect.

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, 0g777 requires all Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be required before certain deposit thresholds are reached.

0g777 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, Metrobank Transfer, Visa/Mastercard, Bitcoin, and USDT.

Withdrawal of real-money winnings from 0g777 is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically feasible. 0g777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one business day.
• 0g777 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence review to withdrawal requests above ₱50,000, which may extend processing time while compliance checks are conducted.
• Any wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full before the corresponding winnings may be included in a withdrawal request.

0g777 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts aged 21 or above that have met any stated deposit or gameplay requirements.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per User, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to stated wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) of the bonus amount or the deposit plus bonus amount, as specified per promotion.
• 0g777 reserves the right to specify which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage rate. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may have reduced or zero contribution rates.
• Bonuses expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• 0g777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-wager, Bonus Funds credited will be removed from the account.
• Any attempt to exploit or abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting strategies, coordinated bonus farming, or use of multiple accounts — constitutes a violation of these Terms. 0g777 reserves the right to void winnings and close accounts involved in bonus abuse.

All games available on the 0g777 Platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, fishing games, and all other titles — are subject to the rules and return-to-player (RTP) parameters established by the respective game provider and certified by independent testing laboratories.

0g777 does not modify game outcomes. All RNG (Random Number Generator) game results are determined by certified systems operated by our third-party game providers. Live casino game results are determined by physical dealing, spinning, or rolling in professionally operated studios subject to independent oversight.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game round, 0g777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake to the User's balance. Winnings derived from game malfunctions are not payable. 0g777 shall use reasonable efforts to notify affected Users of any such voidance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 0g777 Platform. Users found engaging in any prohibited conduct may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed, winnings forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available through the standard user interface.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or using the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating multiple accounts, whether personally or through nominees.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical errors for financial gain without promptly reporting them to 0g777.
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited without legal authorization.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 0g777 staff or other Users in any manner.

0g777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A User has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• A User is under the age of 21;
• A User's identity cannot be verified to our satisfaction;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purposes;
• Continuation of the account relationship poses a regulatory compliance risk to 0g777.

Where an account is closed for a violation of these Terms, any balance associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to User misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the User via their verified payment method following completion of any applicable compliance review.

0g777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in line with PAGCOR standards and our obligations as a licensed operator. We recognise that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours, and we take our duty of care to those individuals seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 0g777 Users free of charge and take effect immediately upon activation in account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over any given period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 0g777.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 0g777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.

0g777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously or free from errors or interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. 0g777 will use reasonable efforts to minimise such disruption and to notify Users of planned maintenance.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 0g777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by 0g777's wilful misconduct, to the extent such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful under Philippine law.

0g777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information, KYC documents, transaction records, device and connection data, and gameplay activity. This data is used to operate the Platform, comply with regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and improve user experience. 0g777 does not sell personal data to third parties.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between a User and 0g777, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through 0g777's internal complaints procedure. A formal complaint may be submitted in writing to [email protected]. 0g777 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. Users also retain any rights available to them under applicable Philippine consumer protection and gaming laws.

0g777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice to registered Users via email or prominent on-Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required to comply with regulatory obligations or address urgent security concerns.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible on this page, with the effective date and last-updated date displayed at the top. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
